RETURN POLICY
Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. Returned items must be in original condition /packaging, with tags attached, and free of hair, stains, debris or signs of use. Shipping charges are not refundable. Promotional discounts used at the time of original purchase can’t be transferred to new orders but will be honored when exchanging an item for the same style in a different color or size.
Returning goods by mail:
To return one or more items fill out the Return Request Form included with your order (also available here), and send the completed form with the goods VIA INSURED MAIL to:

Returning an online purchase at the UCLA Store:
An item purchased online can be returned at the UCLA Store on campus in Ackerman Union, under the conditions of our return policy as described above. Please include your original packing slip listing the item you wish to return.
