SHIPPING & HANDLING


The order processing department is open 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and closed on weekends and all campus holidays. Processing time vary by season, and we may be experiencing delays during promotional events and during the holidays.

Order updates are available when an account is created on BruinTeamShop.com and can be viewed in your Account Overview.

RETURN POLICY

Purchases may be returned within 60 days of the date your order was shipped. Returned items must be in original condition /packaging, with tags attached, and free of hair, stains, debris or signs of use. Shipping charges are not refundable. Promotional discounts used at the time of original purchase can’t be transferred to new orders but will be honored when exchanging an item for the same style in a different color or size.

Returning/Exchanging goods by mail:
To return one or more items fill out the Return Request Form included with your order (also available here), and send the completed form with the goods VIA INSURED MAIL to:

Please allow 2-6 weeks processing time after your order has been received. Be aware that exchanges are subject to stock on hand at the time we process your return. If the exchange item you’ve requested is sold out, a full refund for your returned item will be processed.


Returning/exchanging an online purchase at our store:
An item purchased online can be returned or exchanged at the UCLA Store on campus in Ackerman Union, under the conditions of our return policy as described above. Please include your original packing slip listing the item you wish to return or exchange.

Q: What’s the status of my order?
Order updates are available when an account is created on BruinTeamShop.com and can be viewed in your Account Overview. Orders using Guest Checkout will not have this option. For additional questions please call our customer service department at (310) 206-0802 during our regular business hours, M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Q: Why is my order still processing?

We do everything we can to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, but we can’t control, nor are we responsible for, delays caused by bad weather, shipping company issues, or incorrect addresses given by the customer. Also, expect longer processing times during promotional events or popular sports victories.

Q: Why can’t you guarantee I’ll receive all items ordered?

 Hot products sell out quickly. Although we’re constantly updating our web site to reflect current stock levels, popular items and sizes can sell out quicker than we can remove their images from our website. Therefore, THE ABILITY TO ORDER AN ITEM ONLINE DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY. We apologize in advance if any or all items on your order are canceled.

Q. Can I apply a discount for an item that I didn’t receive on a new order?
Unfortunately, discounts can only be applied to items purchased when promotion was active, that are also available at the time of order fulfilment. Discount can’t be applied to sold out items available later, or substitute items purchased after promo has expired.

Q. My Credit Card was declined, can I call and give a new card number?

For your protection, once a credit card is declined, the order is automatically canceled, and the goods are returned to stock. You must place a new order, and any promotions that are no longer active, cannot be applied to the new order.
